Bonded NdFeB magnet

(1) Features

*Nd2Fe14B is a synthetic magnet. Bonded NdFeB magnets are two typical types of magnets made by mixing rapidly quenched NdFeB magnetic powder and binder through "pressing" or "injection molding". Bonded magnets have high dimensional accuracy, can be made into relatively complex magnetic components, and have the characteristics of one-time molding, multipolar orientation, etc.

(2) Magnetic force is weaker than neodymium iron boron magnet, but stronger than ferrite magnet

*Compared with ordinary neodymium magnets, Br is about 1/2, and the maximum value of (BH) is 1/4 to 1/8, so the magnetic characteristics are low.

(3) Can form complex and thin-walled shapes

*The magnetic properties are lower than neodymium magnets. Due to resin mixing, injection molding can form complex shapes and thin-wall shapes, and can obtain high dimensional accuracy without finishing.
